WHAT IS IT FOR?ALITHEA, after years of research and studies, has developed and patented EVERFRESH® (EU patent no. 102016000102637 of 18/09/2019), a liquid aromatic composition with a conservative action.This patens is important because it offer to the food industry an help to avoid the development of moulds in products. The presence of water in the products is necessary for their softness and pleasantness, but water is ideal for the development of moulds. EVERFRESH® prevents contamination of products by moulds. |
Everfresh 2.0 for doughs and mixes (DM)Everfresh 2.0 DM is used to preserved food products by moulds and maintaining a high residual humidity (HU) regardless of the pH of the dough and mixes.The use of Everfresh 2.0 DM avoid the use of classic preservatives (sorbic acid, potassium sorbate and calcium propionate), obtaining a "green" label without E numbers. On the label it is declared as flavour. |
Everfresh 2.0 SprayEverfresh spray 2.0 is sprayed, like ethyl alcohol, into the headspace of food packaging but not contained any tipes of alcohol.This product can be used by all people without age restriction or cultural and religion prescriptions. Also in this case we have a "green" label. Everfresh is declared on the label as flavour. |
