	CLEAN LABEL Research In recent years, the food market has been asking for an "clean" label. Alithea’s r&d development and patented Everfresh for the replacement of classic preservatives (sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, calcium propionate) or for the replacement of alcohol.

	Collaboration with DISAAA University of Pisa The collaboration started in autumn 2023 with the University of Pisa will continue for the next three years with a PhD funded by Alithea. The pourpose of PhD it will be the study of the applications of Alithea products in the food and nutraceutical sectors.
