Everfresh 2.0 NA PLUS (for doughs and mixes)Everfresh® 2.0 NA PLUS for doughs and mixes is designed to prevent the growth of mold, yeast, and bacteria. Its purpose is to preserve food products while maintaining a relatively high residual humidity (HU), ensuring preservation regardless of the dough’s pH level.Using Everfresh 2.0 directly in the dough allows manufacturers to avoid traditional preservatives such as sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, and calcium propionate. This results in a “green” label, free of E-numbers, as it is declared on the label simply as a flavoring or natural flavoring. |
Everfresh 2.0 SprayEverfresh® Spray 2.0, available in “sweet bakery” and “bread” versions, is designed to prevent mold growth. It is sprayed into the headspace of food packaging, offering the major advantage that treated products can be consumed by everyone—regardless of age or religious and cultural dietary restrictions—because it is alcohol-free.On product labels, Everfresh® Spray is declared as a flavoring. |
